The PROMOVET project researches and implements ways for using modern social media tools and instruments in VET didactics especially for programmes for young low qualified learners in VET.
Using different social media based instruments in modern VET didactics is the main aim of the Promovet project. The project tries to support the shift from pure e-learning to a broad inclusion of the “e” in learning processes. This is also established in front of the fact that currently generation x (pre millenium) trainers are training and supporting y-generation and soon also z-generation (millenium and post millenium) young people with a totally different communication way based on social media as core communication instrument. Out of this reason in the Promovet project young people will also become trainers of their x-generation trainers.
