Making use of public procurement and its potential purchase power, LEA aims at reforming traditional educational systems. Using this strategy, innovation will help to achieve better learning results for students. In order to achieve this goal, LEA conducts a needs analysis to identify common needs, prepares the first cross-border European PPI and a PCP, facilitates the dialogue between the demand and supply sides and raises awareness about the many benefits of innovation procurement.
