FurnitureLCA aims to equip furniture companies with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and quantify the environmental impacts of their products and activities. Through dedicated training resources, including a Knowledge Hub and a Master Guide, the project helps companies understand and apply key environmental assessment methodologies such as the Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) and the Organisation Environmental Footprint (OEF). It also provides guidance on Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs), enabling companies to interpret, obtain, and use verified environmental information to support more informed and sustainable decision-making.
