Entre4all

ENTRE4ALL is an Erasmus+ project with the aim of producing training materials and a TOOL KIT for people with disabilities to acquire entrepreneurial and digital skills to be able to create their own social enterprise.

As people with disabilities face important challenges in the labour market the project derives from the fact that self-employment rates of people with disabilities are increasing to the necessity to gain independence, improve work-life balance and adjust between disability status and working life.

ENTRE4All will develop training materials and a TOOL KIT for people with disabilities to acquire entrepreneurial and digital skills to be able to create their own social enterprise.

The project has young adults with disabilities as its main target group and adult educators or trainers, social workers and carer or experts as an indirect target group.

ENTRE4All consist out of 5 work packages:

1 – Social Entrepreneurship Index

The partners will create a map of social entrepreneurship initiatives and conduct a survey to assess the needs of trainers and people with disability concerning a training course about social entrepreneurship.

2 – ENTRE4ALL Back Pack

The backpack will include materials and resources for the adult educators to conduct trainings about social entrepreneurship ship for people with disabilities.

3 – ENTRE4ALL Web Portal and mobile application

A web portal will be developed where the training course materials will be online, badges can be received after the achievement of modules and an online discussion form.

4 – ENTRE4ALL Tool Kit

The tool is an instruction on who to set up ENTRE4ALL community centres, where the courses about social entrepreneurship for people with disabilities will be carried out and synergies with strategic partner organisations will be developed.

5 – ENTRE4ALL Grassroots initiative

The ENTRE4ALL grassroots initiative consists of a campaign to promote social entrepreneurship among people with disabilities, and the development of how ENTRE4ALL community centres can be long-term established or opened up in other places.

ENTRE4ALL is a project with 6 partners from Austria, Cyprus, Greece and Slovenia. The project aims to enable people with disabilities to acquire competences in the field of digital and entrepreneurial skills to empower them to become social entrepreneurs.

ENTRE4ALL will develop accessible resources such as an online platform with learning modules and a discussion forum, a database with learning resources and a map of social entrepreneurship initiatives through Europe. Additionally ENTRE4ALL community centres will be opened as hubs for people with disabilities to meet, exchange ideas and find support. ENTRE4ALL will offer a training course for people interested in acquiring skills in digital competences and social entrepreneurship.
