DITRAMA

DITRAMA aims to provide an innovative MOOC for training managers (Digital Transformation Managers) to successfully lead and implement the digital transformation in furniture companies along the whole value chain (3 years, 01/01/2019 – 31/12/2021).

The training materials and on-line course have been created in the framework of the DITRAMA project, a Sector Skills Alliance funded by the EU ERASMUS+ programme, by 12 partners from 8 EU countries including universities, VET centres and sectorial clusters.

The digital and green transition, or Twin Transition, will have a huge impact on the EU furniture sector during the coming years and decades. The Digital Transformation Managers will be in charge of leading the deployment of the digital transformation within companies in an integral manner. This professional will require technical, technological and managerial knowledge and skillsvision for their deployment within the sector and transversal skills for change management. All of these are covered at different level by the DITRAMA training course.

The complete course consists of 100 micro training pills grouped into 10 units (4 technical and 6 transversal), that cover strategic as well as practical aspects and it can be done in full or selecting the video-pills of interest.

It has a duration of 70 hours, to be followed freely without time limits.
The course offers two training paths: for Higher Education students (EQF 5 with 2.8 ECVET credits) and for Vocational Education & Training students (EQF 4 with 1.4 ECVET credits).
The Guide includes all the keys to support the Digital Transformation Manager to promote and lead the digital transformation in their furniture manufacturing company. It consists of 100 micro training pills organized in 10 chapters (4 technical and 6 transversal). Each pill includes:
