Play Smart – Not Addicted!

In partnership with Mittelschule Kapfenberg Stadt, Auxilium has been piloting a training programme as part of the Erasmus+ Gaming Disorders project.

Over several weeks, students, teachers, and parents have explored how to critically assess the addictive potential of online games, recognise early signs of gaming addiction, and develop effective strategies to address it together.

A key highlight was the Digital Health Day on 16 June, where students proudly presented their insights and creative posters on the topic. The event also featured a compelling talk by Enter, the Centre for Media Psychology and Digital Games in Graz´.

What’s next? After the summer holidays, these innovative learning materials will become a permanent part of classroom education, empowering students to game wisely and live digitally healthy lives.
