P2P – Pathways to Progress: New project is starting

Find out more about our new project!

The P2P - Pathways to Progress project develops an inclusive and adaptable training framework to support migrant integration into the labour market. It provides trainers with practical tools to assess prior learning, identify training needs, and guide diverse learning pathways while supporting language and cultural adaptation. By analysing and adapting best practices, the project ensures that training approaches are targeted and effective. Specialised training modules are created and pilot tested to improve their relevance and scalability. The project includes extensive research: desk research, interviews, surveys, and stakeholder consultations. These feed into an analytical report on prior learning and support needs. Based on this analysis, the project develops training modules, a learning itinerary, and a trainer’s guide, all designed for use across different sectors. Pilot testing helps refine the materials and informs final recommendations.

Key project results are methodological guidelines, national research outputs, stakeholder engagement findings, and an analytical summary of best practices. The project delivers three training modules focused on validating prior learning, adapting learning pathways, and supporting language and cultural integration. A comprehensive Guide for Trainers complements these modules. All results are tested through pilot trainings and disseminated through a digital learning hub and the P2P magazine.

The project consortium consists of 4 organisations from four countries: Belgium, Austria, Croatia, and Slovenia.
