The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CCI) is a non-governmental, autonomous, and independent organization representing the interests of the business community in Moldova. As the largest business association in the country, it brings together over 1,850 member companies from all sectors of the economy and supports business development and economic growth.
CCI is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and EUROCHAMBRES and operates through 10 regional branches, providing support to businesses across the country. Under the Law on Dual Education (No. 110/2022), CCI is the official institution responsible for supporting and monitoring dual vocational education and training (VET).
Its main responsibilities are:
- approving training programs and curricula
- checking and certifying companies for student training
- keeping the official register of companies in dual education
- supporting partnerships between schools and companies
- supporting the development of training consortia
