As a partner in the HERoic Tracks project, E.N.T.E.R. organised an international training programme dedicated to improving the skills of trainers, social workers, public authorities, and other integration and inclusion professionals.
The focus was on how to better customise services to the specific needs of women with a migrant background and how to integrate a stronger gender perspective into everyday practice.
By empowering professionals, we can create more inclusive, accessible, and responsive support systems for migrant women across Europe.
