Fifth Transform Newsletter: Celebrating Project Results and Lasting Impact Across Europe
The Transform Erasmus+ project has reached its successful conclusion, marking the completion of two years of collaboration to promote inclusion and diversity in vocational education and training. The fifth and final newsletter highlights the project’s Multiplier Events, the final transnational meeting in Valencia, and the lasting impact of the resources, partnerships, and innovative practices developed throughout the project.
Highlights:
✅ Sharing TRANSFORM’s Results Across Europe: Project partners organised Multiplier Events in their respective countries to present the project’s key results to educators, organisations, and stakeholders. Participants highly valued the practical resources, opportunities for professional exchange, and the project’s relevance for increasingly diverse and multicultural learning environments.
✅ Successful Final Transnational Project Meeting: Partners gathered in Valencia, Spain, for the final in-person project meeting to review achievements, discuss the project’s outcomes, and plan the sustainability of the resources beyond the project’s lifetime.
✅ Learning from Inclusive Educational Practice: During the meeting, partners visited a local vocational education institute with a highly multicultural student community. The visit provided valuable insights into how VET centres are successfully promoting inclusion, international cooperation, and global learning in everyday educational practice.
✅ A Lasting Legacy for Inclusive Education: Although the project has formally concluded, its educational resources, partnerships, and practical approaches will continue to support educators in creating learning environments where every learner has the opportunity to participate, progress, and be recognised.
