DIST

The DIST project aims to raise awareness among young people in vocational education and training, particularly those who are already marginalised, about cyberviolence and effective ways to counteract it. It also seeks to equip VET professionals with the skills and strategies needed to address this issue in their daily work, fostering diversity, tolerance, inclusion, and mutual respect.

The project’s work packages focus on a European report on VET Against Cyber Violence (VACV), the development of workshop content and training activities, national implementation and policy recommendations, and a sharing and promotion campaign. Through participatory methods such as surveys and focus groups, the project will involve its target groups directly. The expected outcomes include a comprehensive European report, expert-led workshops for young people and VET staff, peer-to-peer national initiatives, a policy paper proposing further solutions, and a public awareness campaign.
