Because innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship are increasingly important in the current job market, particularly in today’s rapidly changing society with the demand for more flexible workers, CESSIT aims at providing adult trainers with the necessary tools to develop these aspects amongst early-school leavers.
The main objectives of the project are:
– To elaborate a Needs Analysis Report – after assessing the needs of the trainers dealing with early school leavers;
– To determine and disseminate Best Practices – to identify training techniques and methods used by trainers that has been successful to help their learners to develop new competences (namely, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit);
– To develop Guidelines for European Trainers and Managers – support trainers in developing transversal competencies such as creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit and having managers more aware of the importance of these competences;
– To promote national workshops for trainers – each partner country will promote 3 workshops addressing creativity and entrepreneurship aspects and their impact on training and competences development;
– To promote a European Seminar to present the CESSIT results and to motivate the sharing of experiences between adult trainers and training managers.
By the completion of the activities previewed in the project, CESSIT team aims helping trainers improve their pedagogical approaches and increase adult training attractiveness and effectiveness.
