The first national study on the quality of Work-Based Learning (WBL) is being conducted in the Republic of Moldova

Within the framework of the WBL-Quality MD project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, a comprehensive study is being carried out to assess the quality of Work-Based Learning (WBL) processes in the Republic of Moldova.

The study aims to analyze the current situation of work-based learning, identify existing practices, challenges, and the needs of the main stakeholders involved in vocational education and training.

The research results will contribute to:
✅ developing tools and solutions to improve the quality of vocational education and training;
✅ strengthening cooperation between vocational education and training institutions and the business sector;
✅ developing a more effective national WBL system adapted to labour market needs.

Through this initiative, the WBL-Quality MD project contributes to creating a comprehensive overview of how work-based learning is implemented in the Republic of Moldova and to identifying future development directions in this field.

📅 The survey is open until 31 August 2026.
