The project aims to increase the Digital Competences of young job seekers in the field of Heritage Tourism with a particular focus on their Digital Design skills in order to empower them to cope with the digital transformation of the sector in response to COVID-19. This will be achieved through the development of a hands-on training course tailored to their needs along with a virtual facilitator that will allow young individuals to create their own Digital Heritage Tourist Guide.
In particular, HerTour4Youth will design, develop, test, implement and promote a modular training course facilitated by an innovative web-based platform aiming to retain the digital skills of the target groups and provide them with the opportunity to create their own portfolio:
