The ‘CREW’ project – Creativity, Resilience, Empowerment for Work – was officially launched during an online meeting organized by VsI Versli mama, Lithuania.
It gathered representatives of the various parties involved in the consortium and aimed at discussing the different components of the implementation framework, including among others, the intellectual outputs, the distribution of tasks, as well as the calendar of activities.
The virtual meeting started with a welcome by Skaidre Vainikauskaite-Tomaseviciene, the Head of VsI Versli mama,, followed by introductions about the partners’ organizational profiles.
‘CREW’ is a two-year project whose main objective is to enhance knowledge of the low qualified skills through innovative tools and support the adult educators in the process through the development of the Training Course in Digital Literacy(IO1), Training Course on “Career Management Skills” (IO2), Training Course on Communication and self-improvement skills (IO3) and ‘’Self-test’’ of required skills in the workplace (IO4) which will give them the opportunity to assess their skills related on the new demand skills in their future workplaces.
The project falls under the EU Strategic Partnerships for adult education – Key Action 204 (KA2): Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
The Consortium is comprised of: VsI Versli mama (Lithuania), ENOROS CONSULTING LIMITED (Cyprus), TATICS GROUP SRL (Italy), KOKKALIS FOUNDATION Greece, M&M Profuture Training, S.L. (Spain), AUSTRIAN ASSOCIATION OF INCLUSIVE SOCIETY (AIS) VEREIN FUR EINE OFFENE GESELLESCHAFT (Austria).
