In today’s Europe, many extremist and populist movements focus their propaganda on the stigmatization of minorities, especially migrants, encouraging and normalizing sentiments of intolerance and discrimination. “Antidote” is a project that aims to fight this tendency, focusing on important EU values, such as mutual respect and solidarity. This will be done by engaging the participants in inter-cultural dialogue and joint activities, motivating them to have a clear, not polarized vision of reality and take action against the stigmatization of migrants and minorities. Our project emphasizes education as the antidote for overcoming stereotypes and polarization of public opinion, necessary to avoid conflict and the marginalization of groups of society.
