project summary
Dissemination and exploitation are of vital importance in EU projects and have to be taken into account by all project managers and their teams. Especially in the field of LLP most people have no education in marketing or product placement in order to plan, implement and monitor these activities. C-E.N.T.E.R. addresses persons who would like to improve or get knowledge in this field.
Key objectives:
- to promote existent dissemination tools (ADAM, EST, EVE, magazines, policy papers...)
- to enrich dissemination opportunities by providing new tools with a focus on active dissemination specifically oriented towards interests of target groups
- to develop products with thematic transversal character that can be used in all countries not dependent upon specific funding programmes
- to create portals of exchange at European level
- to strengthen the network of E.N.T.E.R. by improving the services and the relations within the network community
The project will achieve the objectives by developing the following outputs:
- Dissemination workshop (pilot and Grundtvig course) based on a Europeanwide collection of the-state-of-the-art in the field of dissemination and exploitation
- Dissemination Toolkit - strategy paper
- C-E.N.T.E.R. promoters to support organisations in each partner country in dissemination activities

project website
project brochure
The increasing ageing of the population is a topic of actual importance that most European countries have to face. In the near future most citizens in Europe will be over 50 years old. This will affect the economical and social life. New challenges will occur by keeping them socially and educationally active to avoid social exclusion.
Therefore the partnership considers it as important to focus on this target group and deal with the problem from the perspective of general adult education as well as from the perspective of the target group itself.
The learning partnership aims to elaborate a training needs analysis according to the requirements, needs and wishes of senior citizens 50+ and then make a comparison with already existing training offers by implementing a research study in all partner countries. The learning partnership will involve the staff of adult education organizations and senior citizens in general to build the basis for the development of new approaches and pedagogical methods according to the needs of both groups.
Good and bad practice collections from different European countries and bilateral visits shall make an active exchange possible hence all participants can benefit from each other’s experiences.
AGRONATUR
www.project-agronatur.com
project summary
AGRONATUR is a Transfer of Innovation project funded by the action Leonardo da Vinci within the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme. It aims to transfer results of two previous projects, namely In Nature and Active Tourism that were developed as Pilot-Projects within the Leonardo da Vinci Programme:
- IN-NATURE, Nature and Rural Realm Interpreter: an innovative training (www.irmasl.com/innature/), and
- ACTIVE TOURISM: A New Professional Profile (www.activetourism.info).
Both projects presented solutions in order to support the improvement of vocational and professional capacities and to create employment in rural areas. With these results new job opportunities could be offered in these regions.
BETSC - Building European Third Sector Capacities
The project will support improvements in quality and innovation in vocational education and training systems by focussing on a new sectoral requirement (i.e. the needs of third sector managers that are responsible for the well being, development and activities of volunteers) and testing and implementing an accredited (high quality) provision to meet that need.
It will implement the development by offering a course in a 'trainer training' formatted pilot, where in effect there are two distinct groups of learners, the trainers (i.e. VET professionals), and the beneficiaries (the third sector managers).
This project improves the transparency and recognition of qualifications and competences by addressing a new area of qualification to most European states and testing the transfer process to offer it across a wider range of countries.

www.procertu.eu
project summary
The multilateral project “PROCERTU – Training and European Certification for academic Tutors” is funded by the action Leonardo da Vinci – Transfer of Innovation within the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme and deals with the role of tutors at different educational levels.
The role of (academic) tutors in higher education and other educational levels, e.g. vocational training institutions, is not clearly defined. On the whole the responsibilities of (academic) tutors are carried out by professors, teachers or teachers/researchers who are not well prepared for this task. Training institutions try to find a way to transfer the competences of teachers into an education in close relation between schools and companies and at the same time acknowledge the role of (academic) tutors. Therefore one of the many important skills of (academic) tutors is the ability to cooperate and discuss with companies.
Key objectives of the project:
- promote the “job” and skills of (academic) tutors
- identify and recognise their skills
- promote tailor-made training for (academic) tutors
- create a European certification of their skills and competence

- To develop cooperation and consensus between upper secondary school, college, university and working life
- To work on the European arena to realise pedagogical vocational courses
- To raise the competence of vocational supervisors active in their profession as well as active vocational teachers through the participation in educational programs
The project is dealing with the development of innovative practices in the field of vocational education and training other than at tertiary level and their transfer to other countries. Furthermore, the project concentrates on the development of innovative ICT-based content, pedagogies and practice for lifelong learning.
