Terms and Conditions
1. E.N.T.E.R. is a transnational non-profit association based in Graz, Austria (Österreichisches Zentrales Vereinsregister [Austrian Public Association Register Number]: ZVR 307899919), with the purpose of disseminating information about results and products of European funded projects throughout Europe.
2. E.N.T.E.R. offers the following main services:
a) This network enables effective dissemination of EU funded projects to a broad community of interested organisations and persons. As a member of this network you are entitled to inform all other network members about the objectives, aims, developments, results, etc. of your project; it is also possible to select specific sectors, types of organisations, countries etc.. The contact between network members will be managed entirely by email communication. (N.B. before E.N.T.E.R. can allow the dissemination of projects through its network, we kindly ask you to provide evidence of the approval and funding of your project by supplying us with a copy of an official document from the European funding body.)
b) All members of the network are entitled to receive information regarding as many projects and project results registered in the network as they wish; the selection of certain projects you wish to be informed about is defined by specific sectors, themes, target groups, countries etc. that are as relevant as possible to your particular requirements and areas of interest.
c) E.N.T.E.R. offers an extensive pool of highly competent potential EU project partners. If you are looking for an exclusive partnership or for very specific partners (selection according to country, sector, target groups etc. is possible), it is an ideal way to save time and money! You can just contact the most relevant partners for your project and invite them to join your project team.
d) E.N.T.E.R. offers a regular news system (including network newsletters, EU News through RSS Feeds from the European Commission, network news and member news) that provides the community with information about network activities and European Commission funding opportunities.
e) E.N.T.E.R. offers an events calendar that members can use in order to promote their events such as conferences, courses, seminars, workshops etc.
f) E.N.T.E.R. is able and willing to support your EU funded project by being an active project partner, as it is specialised in the field of dissemination and valorisation.
3. All membership registration contracts are valid for one year starting from the day you receive confirmation of your membership status (please see point 4). The contract ends automatically on the same day of the following year. It is entirely up to the member to renew the membership for a further one year period. (E.N.T.E.R. will contact the member well in advance about the expiry of the membership and options for renewal). The project registration contracts are valid for an unlimited period. The project remains on the database even if the organisation does not renew its membership. An organisation may choose to remove a project from the project database. To do so an organisation needs to contact the E.N.T.E.R. office. p>4. Membership status will be confirmed within 5 working days of receipt of the application, provided the quality board of the network finds no reason to refuse membership. The member will then be informed immediately about the membership status by email.
5. The member has the right to withdraw from membership at anytime after receiving the confirmation email. In such a case the member needs to contact the E.N.T.E.R. office.
6. The quality management board of E.N.T.E.R. reserves the right to refuse an organisation’s membership application without providing a reason.
7. All data concerning network members will be treated with absolute confidentiality, both inside as well as outside of the network.
8. Disclaimer Although maximum care will be taken in the presentation of all information and content, E.N.T.E.R. excludes any liability in terms of authenticity, accuracy, completeness or quality of the material contained on the website. E.N.T.E.R. is not liable for damages incurred by the use or the inability to use information on the website or by the use of inaccurate or incomplete information, provided E.N.T.E.R. has not caused this by gross negligence or intentional behaviour. E.N.T.E.R. assumes no liability for the content of external links. The provider of the linked site alone shall be liable for illegal, inaccurate or incomplete information on his site or for damages incurred by the use or the inability to use information or by use of inaccurate or incomplete information of the provider’s website.
9. Privacy Policy Data provided will only be used in accordance with the purpose of the association E.N.T.E.R. as described in these terms and conditions and according to the legal framework (Österreichisches Datenschutzgesetz 2000, BGBl. I Nr. 165/1999 – Federal Act Concerning the Protection of Personal Data, Austria).
10. Disclaimer regarding the content All contents of E.N.T.E.R. are subject to change and without obligation. E.N.T.E.R. reserves the right to change, add to, delete or suspend the publication, either temporarily or permanently, of pages or the entire site without prior notice.
11. Copyright Any reproduction or use of texts, photographs or other material in other media, whether electronically or in other forms, is strictly forbidden without the express consent of E.N.T.E.R.
12. All services provided by E.N.T.E.R. are exclusively for members of the network only. It is not permitted for non-members of the network to have access to the members’ area or for members to pass data, information, contents etc. from the members’ area on to third parties. Each network member is responsible for the confidential use of data it has access to in the members’ area. In particular the commercial use, surrendering and onward transmission of data, information, contents etc. from the members’ area is strictly forbidden. Every such misuse will result in the immediate termination of the respective organisation’s membership of the network, and could lead to a claim for compensation being made against the guilty organisation.
13. Failing amicable settlement, the Courts of Graz, Austria, shall have sole authority to rule on any dispute between the contracting parties in respect of this membership. The contract will be governed by the law of Austria.
