Q: What does E.N.T.E.R. stand for?

A: European Network for Transfer and Exploitation of European Project Results

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: On the homepage click on "Forgotten your password" under the Login field und follow the instructions. E.N.T.E.R. will send you new login details by email.

Q: What happens if my email address or information about my organisation changes?

A: Under "My Account" you can change the data for your organisation that was provided up to the point when you sent out your first Email Alert. Any data entered after this point can be changed by contacting the E.N.T.E.R. office.

Q: Do I have to be a member of the network to disseminate information?

A: Yes. To disseminate information through the Email Alert system you first have to register your project. Membership is required for this registration!

Q: I am unable to send out any Email Alerts?

A: This can be due to a number of different reasons.

1) You have not yet registered a project.
Information about existing projects is in the Member's Area under "View Registered Projects" and a project can be registered in the Member's Area under "Register Project".

2) Your project has not yet been approved by us.
You can find your project's status under "View Registered Projects".

Q: What can I do if I do not receive many Email Alerts?

A: Please check your Email Alert Profile and expand its scope if necessary. Under Member's Area, "Edit Alert Profile"

Q: What can I do if I receive too many Email Alerts?

A: Please check your Email Alert Profile and reduce its scope if necessary. You have the opportunity to block projects and/or organisations. The options can be selected in the Email Alert. An overview is in My Account, under "Blocking Status".

Q: Is it possible to cancel my membership and/or project registration?

A: You can withdraw from membership and/or project registration at any time by contacting the E.N.T.E.R. office.
